By accessing or using Outerloop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Outerloop provides a cloud-based property management platform with AI-powered automation for portfolio management, tenant relations, vendor coordination, payment processing, and related services. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain all rights to the data you upload to Outerloop. We do not claim ownership of your property, tenant, financial, or operational data. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the service.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the service's operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to upload malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Outerloop is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
