Your data is used to provide and improve the Outerloop platform, process transactions, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. Property and tenant data is used solely to deliver the services you've requested. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, portfolio-scoped data isolation, regular security audits, and access controls. All data is hosted on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, SMS and communication services) and as required by law. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements.
